With a background in Kinesiology and Exercise Science, Dr. Means has a focus on movement based care in addition to soft tissue and joint manipulation to get you back to doing what you love. Growing up as a competitive dancer, she has a passion to help people stay moving their best. In her spare time, Dr. Means is embracing the Kelowna lifestyle by being outdoors and staying active.
