Dr. Lauren Rea, ND is a licensed Naturopathic Physician with a clinical focus on sports medicine, regenerative injection therapies, and cosmetic and therapeutic neuromodulators. As a former varsity soccer captain with a Bachelor of Health Science in Kinesiology (Exercise Science specialization), she brings a unique athlete-to-practitioner perspective to musculoskeletal care, having experienced firsthand the gaps athletes face with injuries and performance challenges. Dr. Lauren’s practice centers on ultrasound-guided treatments including prolotherapy, platelet-rich plasma (PRP), corticosteroid injections, hyaluronic acid injections, neural therapy, and trigger point injections, alongside cosmetic and therapeutic neuromodulator treatments. She is also trained in acupuncture and IV nutrient therapy. She works with active individuals and those seeking evidence-based solutions for sports injuries, chronic pain, and performance optimization, while also providing comprehensive primary care for a wide range of general health concerns, including digestive health and hormonal and skin conditions.
Dr. Lauren completed her naturopathic medical training at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) and is certified in advanced injection therapies through West Coast Injection Training for both appendicular (shoulder, elbow, wrist, hip, knee, ankle, plantar fascia) and axial (sacroiliac joint, lumbar, thoracic, and cervical spine) regions.
