About Heidi Miller LMT, MS
Heidi grew up in northern California and Oregon, and most recently lived in Portland, OR for 11 years. She received her Bachelors of Science from Oregon State University in Forestry and worked for the Forest Service for 6 years before switching gears and learning how to grow vegetables on small farms. During that time, she sparked an interest in nutrition and bodywork and enrolled in the massage therapy program at the University of Western States in Portland (where she also met Dr. Seth and Dr. Courtney). After graduation, she passed exams to become a Licensed Massage Therapist in the state of Oregon and worked as a LMT while she completed her Masters degree in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine at the University of Western States.
In Oregon, Heidi worked at multiple clinics before she started her own massage and nutrition business, providing her clients with full body therapeutic bodywork, including Swedish and deep tissue massage, cupping, gua sha, assisted stretching, trigger point therapy and other modalities, alongside personalized nutrition coaching.
Heidi moved to Kelowna in July of 2021 with her husband Sasha, kitty, and her two mini Australian shepherds. When she’s not in the clinic, she’s working on her small vegetable farm in West Kelowna, shredding the winter slopes, creating delicious healthy recipes, or hiking with the doggos.
