Originally from Niagara, Ontario, Isaiah Prinsen is a Registered Massage Therapist who brings a lifelong passion for sport, movement, and recovery to his practice. After completing his training at Trios College in Kitchener, Ontario and graduating in 2025, Isaiah combines his athletic background with a deep understanding of how the body performs, adapts, and heals.
Growing up, Isaiah competed in hockey, baseball, and rowing, earning a U18 Junior Rowing World Championship title. His own experiences with sport-related injuries and time spent working closely with physiotherapists shaped his appreciation for the body’s resilience and the importance of active recovery.
Isaiah takes an intuitive, movement-based approach to treatment—helping clients build a stronger connection between their mind and muscles. His goal is to restore natural movement patterns, reduce tension, and bring each muscle back to its balanced, pain-free state.
Now based in British Columbia, Isaiah enjoys skiing, rock climbing, and hiking, staying connected to the active lifestyle that inspires his work. He brings the same dedication and curiosity that fueled his athletic career into every treatment session.
