Corticosteroid Injections
Corticosteroid injections use an anti-inflammatory medication delivered directly to a carefully selected treatment area.
For certain patients, corticosteroid injections may be considered when inflammation is contributing to pain and reduced function. The decision to use a corticosteroid injection is made following an assessment of your symptoms, health history, previous treatment and the potential benefits and risks of the procedure.
Corticosteroid injections are not appropriate for every condition or every patient. Your naturopathic physician will discuss whether this treatment makes sense for your particular situation and whether another treatment option may be preferable.
Botox® Injections
